seja nos dias de calor, fresquinho, quer no Natal, e sempre um pudim único.<br />Experimentem,

Ingredientes:<br /><o:p> <br /></o:p>-15 gemas<br />-500 gr de
açúcar<br />-50 gr de
toucinho de porco(parte branca)<br />-1 cálice
de vinho do Porto<br />-1 pau de

lume 150 g de açúcar com um pouco de água para caramelizar a forma que deve ter

canela e a casca de limão. Deixe ferver até ficar espesso( ponto de fio)<br />Coe por
um passador. Deixe arrefecer.<br />Junte as
gemas ao vinho do Porto e misture com a calda arrefecida.Coe de novo.<br />Agora
verta para a forma previamente caramelizada ponha a tampa e leve a forno médio,
